docs(readme): restructure both READMEs and cover every current feature

Contents, highlights and quick start first, then features in the order
a club uses them, then installation, decoders and development. Adds the
start count-down, series hub, practice tooling, audio, OBS and security
features, and removes outdated statements.

## 1.39.1 - 2026-10-13
### Changed
- README (English and Swedish) rewritten with a clear structure: contents, highlights, screenshots, quick start, the features in the order a club uses them (race day, creating races, series/cup, practice, audio, overlays, sponsor events, data, security), then video guides, installation, decoders/AMMC and development. It now covers every current feature, including:
- the EFRA/IFMAR start count-down, flying start and transponder check;
- judging-only penalties in races;
- track layouts with their own lap window;
- suspect-lap flagging and lap clean-up;
- practice/race lap sources and reset keeping stats;
- series hub with per-round formats;
- Piper voices, passing-tone-only race calls and the pronunciation test;
- OBS places gained;
- the public address setting and admin PIN.
Outdated statements were removed: penalties on Timing, the legacy beep/name passing sound, and Piper listed as future work. The README went from 913 to 420 lines.

- [x] Consolidate older future-work notes so this file remains the primary roadmap.
- [x] Update the in-app Guide page for this session's shipped features. Added three new "Träningsstatistik" steps (guided-exercise config, mobile self-service, the end-of-practice summary) and a new "Resultatarkiv" section (overview card + 5-step walkthrough); corrected `guide.sqlite_2`/`_6`, which claimed raw SQLite passings are always retained - no longer true now that deletion/clear-data purges them. Verified 2026-09-09 with a headless-browser check confirming the new content renders as real translated text (sv), not raw `guide.*` keys.
Restructured 2026-10-13, asked by the user, who felt features were missing and the structure was poor:
- [x] Both READMEs rewritten around how a club uses RaceCore: contents, highlights, quick start, then race day → creating races → series → practice → audio → overlays → sponsor events → data → security, then video guides, installation, decoders and development.
- [x] Facts were checked against the code (menu and tab names in both languages, `Race actions` living in the Format tab, the Schedule & print tab, file and doc links).
- [x] Outdated claims were removed (penalties on Timing, legacy passing sounds, Piper as future work).
- [x] A script checked that all 18 table-of-contents anchors resolve in each language.
Consolidated 2026-09-09: the raw "Träningsstat" brainstorm notes (Pyramiden, Konsistens-jakten) were folded into section 3's "Guided practice exercises" as a proper specification and removed from here.
Closed out 2026-09-12, requested by the user alongside the screenshot refresh above: `docs/javascript-architecture.md` (~2850 lines) hadn't kept pace with this whole session's work. Used a research-only Explore pass first to get a concrete diff (doc location vs. actual code) rather than guessing what was stale, then applied it:
